Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

1. Time Frame:

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date.

2. Product Condition:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care products, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Proof of Purchase:

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must accompany your return or exchange request.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us:

  • Email our customer service team at info@auscleanbrands.com.
  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2. Return Authorisation:

  • Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for returning your product.

3. Shipping the Item:

  • Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our end.

Exchanges

We do not offer an exchange service. If you want to exchange an item, we suggest you return your current order and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Include photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
